Most small business owners in my experience look at the IT as a department of nerds that have the power of the gods, paranoia of agent Fox Mulder (X-Files) and the controlling nature of a house wife with nothing to do all day but to nag. It's only when s**t goes wrong that they come running and crying. Wanting to be your best friend, that is until the computer problem is fixed. How true.
